Design / Consultation

Lights-Alive provides free design services for our customers. Send us a few digital photos of your house and yard and we will design a custom show for you. While there will be a minimal fee up front for these services, all design fees will be credited back to your account when you place an order for your system from us.

Audio

Our audio components include mixers, amplifiers, speakers, FM transmitters, cordless microphones and other accessories to complete the sound portion of your light show. Our products are carefully chosen to provide maximum functionality at an affordable price.

Terms of Service

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By submitting an order to Lights Alive, you certify that you have read and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.

PAYMENT

Payment terms for consumers are credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover), PayPal or personal check (if authorized in advance). In the event that a credit card or PayPal payment is reversed or otherwise not honored for any reason, you agree to immediately pay the balance in full. A service charge of 1.5% per month will apply in addition to all collection and attorney fees. A fee of $20 will apply for any check returned by your bank for any reason. A check may be presented for payment two (2) times. If returned a second time, a second $20 fee will apply. A 1.5% per month carrying charge, collection fees and attorney fees may apply to returned checks.

RETURNS

Lights Alive will conditionally accept returns of items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be new and unused, in the original packaging and in sellable condition. All instructions, software, cables or other items supplied with the product must be included. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. Shipping charges are not refundable. Software, CDs, DVDs and special order items are specifically excluded as are any products where returns are prohibited by the manufacturer. Halloween items may not be returned after Halloween. Christmas items may not be returned after Christmas. A return authorization number must be obtained and displayed prominently on the box in order to receive any type of credit.

WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated in writing, most products manufactured by Lights Alive are covered by a five (5) year limited warranty. We will repair or replace items demonstrated to have defective materials or workmanship within the warranty period, which is your sole remedy. Manufacturer’s warranties apply to items not manufactured by Lights Alive.

LIABILITY

By purchasing from Lights Alive, you agree that in no event will Lights Alive be liable for injuries or damages, whether consequential, direct, indirect, incidental or otherwise, even if such injuries or damages are due to our negligence. Lights Alive does not guarantee suitability of any product for your specific needs. Backup equipment is recommended for all mission critical applications. Products sold by Lights Alive are for entertainment purposes only and shall not be used in situations where failure may cause serious harm or damage. By purchasing and/or using our products, you agree to assume all risks and responsibilities.

DISPUTES

You agree that all transactions are deemed to have taken place in Indianapolis, Indiana and are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. In the case of a dispute, both parties agree to work diligently to resolve matters to mutual satisfaction. In the unlikely event that litigation is necessitated, any and all claims, causes of actions or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the County of Marion, State of Indiana.
